Service App Privacy Policy

Data protection is a high priority within the Service App and when not required personal data is not collected or processed. However, many services the Service App provides do require some form of personal data, where this needs to be processed consent is generally obtained from the data subject.


Privacy Statement

The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to the Service App. By means of this data protection declaration, our enterprise would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.

As the controller, Service App has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website.


Definitions

The data protection declaration of the Service App is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data protection declaration should be legible and understandable for the general public, as well as our users. To ensure this, we would like to first explain the terminology used.

In this data protection declaration, we use, inter alia, the following terms:

  1. Personal data. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”).   3. Processing. Processing is any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
  4. Restriction of processing. Restriction of processing is the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.
  5. Pseudonymisation. Pseudonymisation is the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  6. Consent. Consent of the data subject is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which they, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to themselves.

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected, or as otherwise permitted by law and the Service App respects your right to determine how your personal data is used or disclosed.

The specific ways personal data is processed is often determined by the body adminstering your Service App account. In general, your personal data is disclosed in

  1. a limited format to those with whom you already have a personal relationship and in;
  2. a complete format with the body who administers the Service App account, often ones you also already have a personal relationship with.

The overarching way that your personal data is used falls into the following categories.

  • Scheduling. In order to generate schedules your personal data may at times be used and displayed to others, this could include both within your Service App account and in printed form.
  • Communication. At times the Service App may communicate directly with you by way of an automated script, usually to remind or provide updates. This communication requires the processing of either your phone number or e-mail address and name. In each case your personal data is shared with a third-party that provides these communication services.
  • Accounting. Access to the Service App services requires provision of certain identifyers which may at times be by way of personal data, this is to keep account of who is accessing accounts and provide security measures to block unknown entities.

At all times Service App is required to ensure your details are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your records are very important and necessary steps are taken to ensure they remain confidential.


Your Rights

Whenever personal data is processed in the Service App, reasonable steps are taken to ensure that this data is kept accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which it was collected. You have the following rights regarding the personal data you have submitted to Service App:

You can access, block, or erase your personal information, or correct it if it is incomplete or inaccurate;

Where you have legitimate grounds for doing so, you can object to the processing of your personal information and request Service App not to further process your data.

You can request the body administering your Service App account that you do not wish to store any of your personal data at which point it will not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the Service App.


Notification of Changes to this Policy

We are continually improving and adding new functionality and features to this service, and improving and adding to our existing services. Because of these ongoing changes, as well as changes in the law and the nature of technology, our data practices will change from time to time.
