Our data protection declaration should be legible and understandable for the general public, as well as our users. To ensure this, we would like to first explain the terminology used.

The specific ways personal data is processed is often determined by the body adminstering your Service App account. In general, your personal data is disclosed in

1. a limited format to those with whom you already have a personal relationship and in;
2. a complete format with the body who administers the Service App account, often ones you also already have a personal relationship with.

• Scheduling. In order to generate schedules your personal data may at times be used and displayed to others, this could include both within your Service App account and in printed form.
• Communication. At times the Service App may communicate directly with you by way of an automated script, usually to remind or provide updates. In each case your personal data is shared with a third-party that provides these communication services.
